KnowLedge Trust Co., Ltd. recognizes the protection of information assets entrusted to us by our clients
as a social responsibility, and has established the following policies.

Information Security Policy

We recognize that protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our clients and our own information assets from all threats is a social responsibility. To fulfill this responsibility, we have established the following "Information Security Basic Policy," and all officers and employees implement information security measures safely and accurately in accordance with this policy.

Protection of Information Assets
To realize an appropriate management system according to the purpose and importance of information assets, we identify threats to information assets and continuously conduct risk analysis and evaluation. Based on the results of risk assessments, we implement reasonable information security measures against identified threats and manage them appropriately to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Legal Compliance
We comply with relevant laws, other norms, guidelines, and contractual security requirements.

Continuous Improvement
To promote the safe and proper management and operation of information assets, we continuously review the Information Security Basic Policy, related regulations, and management structures, making improvements as necessary.

Education & Training
We continuously conduct education and training on information security for all officers and employees, raising awareness that properly handling information assets is an important social responsibility.

5.

Prevention and Response to Information Security Incidents
In the unlikely event of an information security incident, we will act swiftly to minimize damage, investigate the cause, and work to prevent recurrence.

Privacy Policy

We have established the following basic policy regarding personal information protection and are committed to developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving internal systems for personal information management.

We give full consideration to the importance of handling personal information in our business operations and strive for appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use (unauthorized use). We will also create internal regulations to prevent unauthorized use and endeavor to supervise employees to comply with these regulations.

To enable clients to provide personal information with confidence, we will implement reasonable safety measures and preventive/corrective actions against risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

As a company entrusted with important personal information, we comply with laws and regulations related to personal information protection, guidelines and policies issued by relevant government agencies based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other norms.

5.

We continuously review and improve our personal information management systems to ensure appropriate use and thorough protection of personal information.

6.

In the event of complaints or inquiries regarding our handling of personal information, we will respond promptly and appropriately.
